"I did not feel like this office was willing to help with my needs. I called 3 times, and was finally transferred to Rami, who I found to be rude and condescending. I am obviously not an insurance agent, and rather than taking the time to listen and understand my needs, he told me to call somewhere else because ehat i needed was "not within his policy". Which is fine, just don't be rude. He dialed down his tone when I stated I would be calling elsewhere, but I ultimately decided to go with another company."

"I am not a State Farm customer, however I was involved in an accident with one of Rami’s clients. I cannot begin to tell you what amazing customer service I was given and again I’m not a customer!!!! He called me the next day advised me State Farm would handle everything for my claim, no cost to me deductible, rental car etc. I was set up up with a reputable body shop that is affiliated with my insurance company and State Farm. I was given a rental car comparable to what I drive. Rami really put the “Like a good neighbor “ into my claim. I cannot express enough how he made a terrible situation into a pleasant experience… Thank you Rami and your State Farm Team!!!!"
